Centralitzam i coordinam l'oferta formativa dels estudis de postgrau i la seva gestió acadèmica i administrativa
The purpose of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies at the UIB is to centralise and coordinate postgraduate training and its academic and administrative supervision so as, in this way, to aid UIB progressive adaptation to European Higher Education Directives.
The Centre for Postgraduate Studies responsabilities are as follows:
With regards to official postgraduate degrees and programmes: initial selection and coordination of proposals presented, processing selected proposals, academic supervision of titles and definitively approved courses.
With regards to UIB group postgraduate courses: promote and programme new titles, select and process presented proposals, approve the renewal of already existing titles, put forward approval of new titles to the Supervisory Committee and the Board of Governors, oversee academic and economic supervision of courses carried out by the Balearic Island University-Business Foundation and other relevant bodies in course supervision.
With regards to continuous training activities and courses: promote and foment these types of courses and activities, select and process presented proposals and supervise their development.
